Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello, I'm Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her wonderful fianc JP at Orange County California. Henry is a happy, go-lucky father. Most people know me through my Instagram platform, @annephung. I post my daily life: the highs the lows and everything in between. When I was just 1 and a half years old my family, me and my parents moved from the United States to America. If it weren't due to the dedication of my parents I might not have been here to share my life with the world. My parents inspired me and I worked to be successful. I had a set plan in life: go to university and get a corporate job get married buy a house and have kids. I figured that was the ultimate definition of success. life had other plans to demonstrate what it meant to be successful. The amount of money I earned and the importance of my job didn't make me feel happy. I believed that I was wasting my life to earn a paycheck. As I navigated my way towards a new direction in my career, I found that I was meant to become a personal trainer. I was a fan of exercise, I loved being around people and I enjoy helping people. This year I'll be celebrating my 7th Anniversary. In 2014 I began my own company. There are a few Asian women working in this industry. To lead in my industry and to offer quality coaching, to help others live a happier and healthier life through creating a lifestyle tailored to meet their needs and to reach their objectives. Additionally, I aim in empowering others to achieve their dreams and goals and achieve anything they wish to do. My career took off as I experienced the greatest successful times of my life. My mother died just as my career began to take off. After an eight-year struggle with the disease, she is now resting at Heaven. I will never forget her and continue to remember her in my mind and in my heart. If you don't realize it at first, life is a way of giving us what we really require. The death of my mother changed me so much and I believe she gave me a second chance at life. It was Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she passed away. She had her chance to start a new chapter in her life which gave me my second shot at an enjoyable and satisfying life. In my 30's I am alive and conscious of the fact that I am living now and not merely existing like I was in my past. When I share my experience I hope my story will be a source of inspiration for you. I hope that my words can make you aware that you're never alone. You have the potential to accomplish whatever you want to achieve. I wish you to live the life you want to live and to die with no regrets, as dying is the only thing that is promised to the people in our lives.
